• Delays caused by weather, traffic, third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.
• Customers must inspect items at delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Net-Cart operates a STRICT Return Policy.

• All sales are final unless items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
• No cash refunds. Replacements or store credit only.
• Non-returnable items include beauty products, health items, groceries, underwear, clearance products and used items.

7. Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors or images are 100% accurate.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website
• Upload harmful content
• Attempt to breach security systems
• Use the platform for illegal activities
