How a return works
Four steps, start to refund

Tell us
Call or WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item.
Step 2
Pack it back
Item, box and accessories, in the condition it arrived in.
Step 3
We check it
Bring it to the shop or send it with the return reference we give you.
Step 4
Money back
Cash at the shop, or mobile money within 24 hours of approval.
Can come back
- Unopened items within 7 days of delivery
- Anything that arrived wrong, damaged or incomplete
- Electronics with the serial number intact and matching the receipt
- Unopened items you want exchanged for another size or colour
Cannot come back
- Opened cosmetics, perfume or underwear, for hygiene reasons
- Items returned after 7 days without a fault
- Wear and tear, water damage or cracked screens
- Electronics with a removed or altered serial number
The short version
Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Sealed cosmetics, perfume and underwear cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
Starting a return
Call +256 752 734748 or WhatsApp +256 752 734748 with your order number and a photo of the item.
We reply within 1 working day with a return reference.
Send the item back quoting that reference, or bring it to Bunga, Ggaba Road, Kampala, Uganda.
What we can accept
The item, its box and any accessories, in the condition it arrived in.
Electronics must have the serial number intact and matching the receipt.
Refunds
Orders paid at the shop are refunded in cash at the shop.
Mobile money refunds land within 24 hours of approval.
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by mobile money to the number on the order.
Faulty items and warranty
Anything with a manufacturer warranty is claimed in the shop. Bring the item and the receipt.
Warranty length is shown on the product page and is 12 months unless stated otherwise.
Wear and tear, water damage and cracked screens are not warranty claims.
Exchanges
We exchange for a different size or colour within 7 days if the item is unopened and we hold the alternative in stock.
