How a return works

Call or WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item.

Pack it back
Item, box and accessories, in the condition it arrived in.
Step 3
We check it
Bring it to the shop or send it with the return reference we give you.
Step 4
Money back
MoMo and Airtel land within 24 hours. Cards take 3 to 5 working days.

Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Sealed cosmetics, perfume and underwear cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
Return delivery is on us when the fault is ours, and on you when you have changed your mind.

We reply within 1 working day with a return reference.
Send the item back quoting that reference, or bring it to Ggaba Road, Kampala, Uganda.
The item, its box and any accessories, in the condition it arrived in.
Electronics must have the serial number intact and matching the receipt.
Refunds go back the way you paid: MoMo to the paying number, Airtel Money to the paying number, card to the same card.
Mobile money refunds land within 24 hours of approval. Card refunds take 3 to 5 working days.
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by mobile money to the number on the order.
Anything with a manufacturer warranty is claimed in the shop. Bring the item and the receipt.
Warranty length is shown on the product page and is 12 months unless stated otherwise.
Wear and tear, water damage and cracked screens are not warranty claims.
We exchange for a different size or colour within 7 days if the item is unopened and we hold the alternative in stock.
