These terms cover every order placed on net-cart.com with NETCART GLOBAL CONCEPTS LIMITED, TIN [number].
Placing an order means you accept them.
Prices are in Ugandan shillings and include VAT. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout.
We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch. You will be told and may cancel.
Ownership passes when payment clears. Risk passes on delivery.
Your order is an offer. The contract begins when we confirm dispatch.
If an item sells out between your order and packing, we call within 1 working day to swap or refund.
Estimates are estimates. Same-day in Kampala applies to orders placed before 2pm on working days.
Someone must be reachable on the number given. After [2] failed attempts the parcel returns to the shop and re-delivery is charged.
Your statutory rights are unaffected. Our voluntary policy is set out on Refunds and returns.
Manufacturer warranties are claimed in the shop with the receipt.
Do not resell our stock as your own listing without a supply agreement.
Do not scrape prices or stock counts. Accounts used fraudulently are closed.
We are liable for the price of the goods and for direct loss caused by our fault.
We are not liable for indirect loss such as lost income. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ugandan law applies and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction.
