This notice covers net-cart.com and orders taken by phone or WhatsApp.

Order details: name, phone number, delivery address, items ordered, amount paid.
Payment confirmations from [payment provider], MTN and Airtel. We do not receive or store card numbers or mobile money PINs.
Website use: pages viewed, device and browser, collected by Google Analytics and the Facebook Pixel.
To pack, deliver and support your order, and to handle returns and warranty claims.
To meet tax and accounting duties under Ugandan law.
To send offers only where you asked for them. You can stop those at any time.
The rider or courier delivering your order: your name, phone number and address.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
Write to privacy@net-cart.com. We answer within 1 month.
Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 applies. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Office.
Cookies keep your cart, remember your saved items and measure traffic.
You can clear or block them in your browser. The cart will then stop remembering items.
