You order
Pay cash on delivery, or order online and pay when you collect at the shop.
Step 2
We pack and call
We confirm the address by phone, then seal and label the parcel.
Step 3
Rider or courier
Kampala goes by rider the same day. Upcountry travels with our courier.
Step 4
You check and pay
Open the parcel in front of the rider. Refuse anything with a broken seal.

Same-day inside Kampala
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are delivered the same day. Anything later goes out the next morning.
Same-day delivery inside Kampala costs UGX 8,000. Delivery is free anywhere in Uganda on orders of UGX 1,000,000 and above.
The rider calls the number on the order before setting off. If nobody answers, we try again within 2 hours.

Outside Kampala
Upcountry orders travel with our courier and arrive in 1 to 4 working days, depending on the zone.
Prices run from UGX 15,000 in the central corridor to UGX 35,000 at the far reach — find your district above. Every other district is priced automatically at checkout.
We do not deliver outside Uganda.

Delivery days and hours
We deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Ask for a particular window in the order notes and we will confirm it by phone.

What arrives with your order
Every parcel carries a printed receipt showing the order number, the items and the amount paid.
Perfume and cosmetics arrive sealed. If a seal is broken, refuse the parcel and call +256 752 734748.

If a delivery is late
Call +256 752 734748 with your order number and we will tell you where the parcel is.
Wrong or damaged item: report it within 48 hours of delivery and see Refunds and returns.

Collecting from the shop
Collect any order from Bunga, Ggaba Road, Kampala, Uganda between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
Bring the order number and the phone number used to order.
