Pay with MoMo, Airtel Money, Visa, or choose cash on delivery.
Step 2
We pack and call
We confirm the address by phone, then seal and label the parcel.
Step 3
Rider or courier
Kampala goes by rider the same day. Upcountry travels with our courier.
Step 4
You check and pay
Open the parcel in front of the rider. Refuse anything with a broken seal.
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are delivered the same day. Anything later goes out the next morning.
Same-day delivery inside Kampala costs UGX 5,000, and is free on orders over UGX 150,000.
The rider calls the number on the order before setting off. If nobody answers, we try again within 2 hours.
Upcountry orders travel with [courier name] and arrive in 2 to 3 working days.
Prices run from UGX 15,000 in the central corridor to UGX 35,000 at the far reach — see the zone map above. Anywhere else is quoted at checkout once we have your district.
We do not deliver outside Uganda.
We deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Ask for a particular window in the order notes and we will confirm it by phone.
Every parcel carries a printed receipt showing the order number, the items and the amount paid.
Perfume and cosmetics arrive sealed. If a seal is broken, refuse the parcel and call +256 752 734748.
Call +256 752 734748 with your order number and we will tell you where the parcel is.
Wrong or damaged item: report it within 48 hours of delivery and see Refunds and returns.
Collect any order from Ggaba Road, Kampala, Uganda between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
Bring the order number and the phone number used to order.
