Some of what we sell is not sitting on a shelf in Kampala. You order it here, come to the shop and pay for it, and we buy it overseas in your name, clear it through URA and put it in your hands. One price, agreed before you pay, with nothing added at the end.

How a cross-border order runs

You place the order
Pick the item and check out the way you would with anything else in the shop. Nothing is owed yet.

We confirm the exact model, the final price and the date before a shilling moves.

You pay in full at the shop
Come to Bunga, Ggaba Road, Kampala, Uganda and pay the whole amount at the counter. The order is confirmed the moment it is paid — that is when we start buying.

We buy it and ship it
Purchased, flown in, and cleared through URA at Entebbe. Call us at any point and we will tell you exactly where it has reached.

You collect it, or we bring it
Free collection at the shop in Bunga, or the rider brings it to you in Kampala.

Straight answers
The questions people actually ask before paying for something that is not in the room.
Why do I have to come to the shop and pay it all?
Because we are not selling you something we already own. We take your money and buy the item abroad with it, in your name. Until that happens there is nothing to hold for you. Paying in full at the counter is what confirms the order, and it means you have stood in our shop, met the people handling your money and walked out with a receipt before anything leaves the country.
Where do I pay, and when?
Bunga, Ggaba Road, Kampala, Uganda, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Order online first and wait for our call — we confirm the exact model and final price on the phone so you are not making a wasted trip. Nothing is owed until you are standing at the counter.
What if it never arrives?
If we cannot deliver an order you have paid for, your money comes back to you. The terms are the same as everything else we sell — see our refunds and returns policy.
Is it genuine?
It is bought new from the seller, not from a stall. It arrives sealed, and the purchase receipt comes with it so you can see where it came from and what was paid.
Can I cancel after paying?
Tell us as soon as you know. If we have not bought it yet, that is straightforward. Once it is bought and moving, it may not be possible to unwind — we will tell you honestly on the phone rather than let you guess.
What about warranty?
Where the maker runs a warranty that is honoured in Uganda, you get it. Where they do not, we say so plainly on the confirmation call before you pay, for that specific item.
Why does it take 10 to 21 working days?
Buying and dispatch take a couple of days, the flight and transit take most of the middle, and URA clearing at Entebbe takes the rest. Where the item ships from is what moves the number. The clock starts the day you pay. You will get a date on the call, not a shrug.
