Nike FC Barcelona Academy Football

An FC Barcelona ball in the club's blàugrana colours — deep blue and claret quarters, the crest on the front and the Nike Swoosh picked out in Barcelona yellow.

The casing is Nike's OmniSculpt design: the grooves pressed into the surface are not decoration. They channel air around the ball in flight, which steadies it and makes the path it takes more predictable — the difference between a shot that swerves unpredictably and one that goes where you aimed it.

The Academy sits in Nike's training line, so it is built to be used rather than displayed. The textured casing keeps its grip through a dusty pitch or wet grass, and holds up to repeated striking in a way a souvenir ball does not.

Right for training sessions, for a weekend match, or for a supporter who would rather play with the crest than shelve it.
