It is a size 7, which is the full-size men's ball at 29.5 inches around and 650 grams. Before you order

The ball ships deflated and no pump is included. This is normal for basketballs shipped internationally, and it is how Wilson packs them. You will need a hand pump and an inflation needle, both cheap and widely available in Kampala. Inflate to the pressure printed next to the valve, and do not overinflate, which stresses the seams.
