G. Bellini X-BOLT Eau de Parfum 75ml for Men

G. Bellini X-BOLT, a 75 ml Eau de Parfum for men, and one of the few fragrances we hold on the shelf rather than order in.

The concentration is the detail worth knowing. This is the Eau de Parfum, not the Eau de Toilette that G. Bellini also sells under the same name. EDP carries roughly 8 to 14 per cent fragrance oil against an EDT's 5 to 9, so it sits closer to the skin and holds through a day rather than fading by lunchtime. In Kampala heat that difference is the whole point: a lighter EDT burns off fast.

Apply it with a lighter hand than you would an EDT. At this strength two sprays carry further than four of something weaker.

It is made in Germany by Win Cosmetic GmbH and the carton is marked as dermatologically confirmed for skin compatibility, which is worth knowing if fragrance usually irritates your skin.

This is an accessibly priced fragrance rather than a designer house, and we would rather say so than dress it up. If you want a full-size EDP you can wear daily without worrying about running it down, it does that job.

Ingredients

Alcohol, Aqua, Parfum, Linalool, Limonene, Diethylhexyl Syringylidenemalonate, Geraniol, Citral, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Eugenol, Citronellol, CI 19140.

Linalool, limonene, geraniol, citral, eugenol and citronellol are declared fragrance allergens. If your skin reacts to fragrance, patch test on your inner arm first. The carton is marked 36M, so it keeps for 36 months once opened.

Fragrance notes. The manufacturer does not publish a note breakdown for this scent, and we are not going to invent one. If you want to know how it smells before buying, ask us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly, or come and try it at the shop.

Returns on fragrance. Sealed perfume can be returned unopened within 7 days. Once the seal is broken we cannot take it back, for hygiene reasons.
